Hmm my grandfather “can’t remember” where he was on the night of september 7th 1996, the night tupac was shot. I’m kind of suspicious tbh
I saw people talking about this all over my dash last night; at first I was imagining it to be a Taylor Swift style revenge song and thought people were probably overreacting about how true to life it was, but then I listened to Don’t and just
because maaaaaaaan that’s gotta hurt (also it’s a totally rad song, nice one Ed Sheeran). It is really, incredibly specific in a lot of ways and you know what? I think the lyrics are probably pure fact.
As far as I’ve heard, people figure the song is about Ellie because she’s the only one that Ed has even remotely been seen with in the last few years (apparently they were holding hands at an awards show?) and because the Ellie and Niall had a bit of a twitter flirtation happening.
I don’t know if there’s any legitimate sources on this, but there are articles like this one popping up everywhere. Obviously it’s The Mirror, so take it with an ocean’s worth of salt, because we’ve all seen quotes, articles and sources completely fabricated by them before.
IDK, there’s pretty good cause to say it was Ellie, but I don’t know enough about it to say how solid the stuff on it being Niall actually is. Obviously no one wants to think that one of their favourite celebrities would be involved in a situation like this, but a) it’s not beyond the realm of possibility, b) sometimes nice people do shitty, fucked up things and c) if it was him, we don’t know what he knew/was told about Ed and Ellie’s relationship status prior to the incident.
The interesting thing here is the different between how the fans and the media treat Harry and Niall. If there was a rumour even 1/10th this sordid about Harry, it would be on the front page of every publication and he would be crucified as a man-whore and a back-stabber. Niall? Well, he barely rates a mention in these articles, right?
the next time ur bored i highly suggest NOT looking at ur posts from June 2012
